Unique house with a lot of personality located in one of the most beautiful parts of Chiang Mai just South of Chiang Mai University. One of the nicest things about this house is the abundant terraces, outdoor spaces, and rooftop sala that make great use of the mountain views.

The first floor has enters onto foyer with enough room for a small lounge or entertainment area, and then onto the dining room and, down a small step, the living room. The area is right in the heart one of most scenic and sought-after neighborhoods with Chiang Mai University nearby, a wide range of cafes and restaurants, nightlife not too far away in Nimman, but the peace and quiet of the immediate area guaranteed by the proximity of Wat Umong Temple.
