The house has two levels with the first level having the living room, small office area, large foyer, dining room and large deck, a guest bedroom, bathroom, and western kitchen. The second floor has the very large master bedroom with walk-in closet, balcony, and en-suite bathroom. There is also a fully contained guesthouse built in a traditional teak style with en-suite bathroom and separate entrance. There is plenty of storage, an outside laundry area, and small maid’s quarters.
